1. The short version
StartupJobs sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

It is strictly necessary for a function you asked for, so under Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC it does not require consent.
3. How we count visits instead
- We count page views with our own counter. It records the page, the country of the site and the time. It does not record who you are, and it stores nothing on your device.
- We count clicks on the link that takes you to a company’s own job posting, so that we can tell companies how many people their listing reached. We store a one-way hash of your browser’s user agent, from which nothing about you can be recovered, and no IP address.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies and without fingerprinting.
4. Other sites
When you follow a link from a listing to a company’s own career page, you are on that company’s site, under its rules. We have no influence over what it stores on your device.
